Artificial Intelligence Policy
Mabbarakka : Journal of Islamic economics permits the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and AI-based technologies in the manuscript preparation process, provided that authors maintain full transparency and accountability. Authors must disclose the use of AI tools in the acknowledgments section of their manuscript, clearly stating the tools used and their application in the research or writing process. Authors are strictly prohibited from listing AI tools as authors or co-authors, and AI-generated content must not be used to create citations, references, or fabricate data.
All AI-assisted content must be thoroughly reviewed, verified, and validated by the authors to ensure accuracy and compliance with academic standards. The use of AI tools does not diminish the authors’ full responsibility for the originality, integrity, and quality of their work. Failure to disclose the use of AI tools constitutes a violation of publication ethics and may result in manuscript rejection or retraction. By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that any AI assistance has been properly disclosed and that they bear full responsibility for all content in their work.
